Ended up waiting 3 hours for assistance until I finally got ahold of a very helpful person named eddie and the women at the service desk were very pleasant
Such a large store with huge inventory.it helps to have knowledge of what you're looking for. To my surprise, an associate wad available to help me pinpoint the right item to trace my sink plumbing. Overall good experience!
The customer service is horrible. Workers seem like they would rather be somewhere else, rather than helping a customer. Half the store goes to lunch at the same time, which leaves customers to fend for themselves.
They don't have any knife sharpeners or sissor sharpeners they don't carry such items.
