Some employees will even avoid customers and pretend busy. Its funny but frustrating.
Be leery of the rental sections. Wayne likes to write down your credit card number on the rental agreements instead of doing a "hold charge". He states only he knows. Told him that is illegal to do. The rental prices are extremely over priced and was only using it as one time convenience.
They are friendly, but need more employees in the power tool area bc I needed a case unlocked and the guy was helping another person for a very long time.

Other areas are great but lack customer service.. unless you are female or look like lumber jack. No discount for veterans.
Nobody will come and help on their own. You will have to ask for assistance and wait as if the employees are doing a favor on you by helping.
Prices are fair. Good sales and love the tax-free weekends they have periodically.
