Female sales manager is very rude I have purchased refrigerator, range and dishwasher all at the same time already had dishwasher worked on and range about to be worked on only had them less than 3 mos
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They lie about merchandise and then try to get you to buy a warranty that is outrageously priced. The people are rude and I will not do business with Sears again. And that is a shame because I have been dealing with Sears for over 50 years in all my appliance and building needs. You just keep getting the run around. Do yourself a favor go buy somewhere, anywhere else .
