A major problem at your Lake Charles store is rude, hateful associates. During this catastrophe, we dealt with 6 different associates. Only 2 of them were decent and kind to us, Rosa and Dayne. They were awesome!
Went to pic up some paint and talked to the guy working the paint department. He seemed pretty knowledgeable. Recommending that I not paint with the high humidity levels we have here during Hurricane Harvey. Thanks for the advice. I wouldn't want the paint peeling off the walls
Several cashier that I deal with all the time, always make sure I use my Lowe's card. I c wish I had their name. Always got a smile
Great besides quick customer service. You have to wait and hunt down help if needed. Better know what and where you getting if your in a hurry.
We came to use a gift card that we received from their corporate office. What a nightmare! They scan a brand new card and say there is no money on it. This card had never been used and absolutely had funds.
I ordered a washer online, and after a bit of a back and forth with the online delivery service, I went to the store to get the rest of the stuff I needed for hookup and to confirm in person the delivery time. I was promptly helped by one of the managers Devon, who not only looked up the delivery time and confirmed it for me, but also proceeded to personally walk me around the store to get the products that I needed for my washer. When the washer was delivered, the gentleman who delivered it was kind enough to assist with the hook up of the dryer, and he spent about 45 minutes managing to wedge my new washer in next to my dryer, which was tight because I didn't measure it. Luckily he did this all while joking and we really appreciated it. Will definitely buy from this location again.
Then, they say we have to prove we received the gift card! We had to drive back home and get the letter that came with the card (a 40 mile trip). What a joke!!!!!! There is a problem when you make these type of demands on customers!
What if this had been a gift? There would not have been any letter to prove it!
Something needs to change dramatically for us to ever shop at your stores ever again!
