We were alarmed to see 4 packages being shipped via UPS was scheduled to be delivered in the wrong city. The origin/company shipping the packages refused to intercept and route to correct city. Ms. Mary and Ms. Pam were very kind in helping me get in touch with the main customer service reps. Ms Stephanie re routed my package in a matter of minutes. Praise The Lord! Thank you ladies!
why does it take soo damn long for them to deliver stuff if it been on thr truck since 8am like damn
Hours were wrong online. Suggested an edit to change hours. ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKEND. Had paid 250 dollars to overnight to store only yo find out store isn't open. I'll call Monday to complain. Haven't dealt with employees.
The driver(which is a very nice man) attempted to deliver a leaking package (oil) and took it back (knowing it was leaking everywhere)..then the very next day delivered a package (boxed up and taped). Later the package was opened and there was the SAME LEAKING container. UPS packaged it back up and delivered it again. The delivery man did not know!
I am sorry to say that since I have been in the city of Lake Charles, my experience with UPS has been horrible. My packages were delivered to the wrong address on more than one occasion. Packages that were sent needing a signature were dropped off without any signature. My last couple packages were open. One package containing documents and mail from home, looked like it had been trampled on and the end was torn open. Everyone there is very unprofessional, except for the pre-load supervisor that I spoke with...not to mention rude. I give them ZERO stars and it's too bad because there was one driver who was totally awesome and a very courteous and professional man...who I would give 5 stars too, but I don't see him on this route anymore. Ship anything BUT ups, is my advise.
