Thy have answered their phone took time to explain things to me even though I was frustrated they remained calm. All they can do is try and mediate the differences between a business and consumer. I am am African and in no way see any or feel they are biased or not helping people due to the color of their skin, what a cheap and childish way to try and distort that you received a complaint about your business and instead of you talking to the customer who made the negative complaint you spew hate. That is an accusation and heresy and unfounded. Shame on you guy from Houston who helped the Mayor of Lake Charles run his campaign, and you say you give money and do good works but the bible says a gift in secret is rewarded openly and that you do not tell Matthew 6:1 be careful not to do your good deeds publicly...for you will loose your reward. I do not know why this review has not been flagged but I have a feeling that it will. Shaking my head. Please go back to Texas because all you do is complain. Your business does not entitle you to anything but revenue. You are not special and there are many business here in LA that treat people with dignity and know how to deal with conflict and complaints, and they are successful and thriving in an economy that is often trying. This is the most racist group of people that work for this bbb that I've ever met in my life. They also truly uphold their extortion policy that unless you pay them for an "A" rating you will probably be at an "F" with them. I sent in my cleaning lady to drop off a rebuttal to a complaint and she said a couple of ladies that work their was downing my business and told her that my company is gonna succeed unless we join their trashy southwest bbb establishment. I moved her from Houston and I'm not afraid to tell you that this is part time bbb and part time kkk establishment.
