Poor customer service. Cancelled reservation less than 12 hours before pick-up time. No offer for alternative rental. Rude on telephone.
We made a reservation for a moving truck, recieved a confirmation number, etc. Reservation was made on a Monday. I called every day Tues-Thursday to confirm the reservation and they kept telling me to just call back later. By Thursday around 4:30, they told me they would not have a truck. We were supposed to pick it up the following morning! They were never even going to notify me that they weren't going to have the truck. Did not apologize, or offer to make other arrangements, nothing. THEN on top of that, we were charged a "No Show Fee" for the truck we never recieved!
