I have been using Doug and Luann as my groomers for many years as well as getting the best family pets from them. They are very professional and knowledgeable about many breeds of dogs.
I brought my Mini Aussie to them this morning for the first time and I am SO impressed! My dog had heavy matting on his backside that he will not let me comb out. They took great care of him and he looks absolutely beautiful. We will be back, often! Thank you!!!
My Pomeranian doesn't like just anyone, they took very good care of him...and did exactly what I asked them to do...and when I got there he wasn't traumatized... that says a lot... they did an excellent job...definitely recommend... we are new to the area, and when I called for an appointment she worked us right in, and knew what she was talking about... Thank You Again...as long as we stay around this area will definitely reuse...Oh and he smells soo good...
We each have 45 yrs or more experience of grooming and are National Certified Master Groomers and are Extremely caring and Knowledgeable on every pet we take care of. As for Jackson the goldendoodle he was about 8 months old and had Never been brushed or combed and she was informed that He would be a short haircut Do to the CONDITION he was in His coat came off in 1 SOLID piece. He was probably uncomfortable due to having itchy spots from the hair being drawn up tight from being so MATTED. Occasionally nicks can happen but he was not nicked and am sure anything she saw was from him scratching. If there had been a problem we would have told her on pick up to be aware of it.
We just moved to Lake Charles and I found these pet groomers and they took my dog Prince right in and his cut and shampoo was awesome!
