I'm kind of torn on how to rate this. My wife went to collect on her late father's Social Security they were due, and was told they needed an investigation and would get back to her. 4 Months later, we went back, and had it taken care of in an hour. We were told if you don't hear back within a month, the person dropped the ball, so come back.... this is the reason I chose to leave this review - to inform people of this, if they get the wrong person.
Government in action. Enough said.
