Ingle Safari property management has been a great help with my living experience. For the past 3 years I have rented from them. The office staff as well as the owners have been there for me with everything possible. The maintenance guy they have is very knowledgeable and always dependable when it comes to getting things fixes. My account is always paid and kept up to date cause Leslie stays on top of things updating me with any changes. The manager is by far awesome to have. She has went above and beyond. Very hands on. There was once a problem and she left the office herself to come to my home to make sure I was taken care of. A manager that doesn't just sit in the office but gets out and about to check on the tenants, you can't find that anywhere else for sure. I have been blessed to be dealing with them this whole time. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job.
My account is always updated timely and payments deposited promptly, the maintenance staff is readily available whenever needed and very professional and the leasing staff is very dependable and knowledgeable selecting the best tenants possible for my properties.
In addition they have come up with good ideas to help lease our properties. Just recently we gave them a new type of property to handle the leasing and management. They jumped in with both feet and created new processes to handle it and again, ideas to help get it leased!
