When we were looking at vehicles she didn't try and steer us towards vehicles that were giving salesmen bigger bonuses either.
I haven't had any bad experiences with them and with my factory warranty.
She is very kind, sweet, and genuinely cares for her customers. She's not pushy, or fake like most salesman I've interacted with before.
I bought my Nissan Armada in July of 2008 and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I went there on my lunch break and went back to work with the ride of my dreams. Since then I have used there service department for routine maintenance and service and they treat me the same now as they did the day I signed papers on my Armada- Excellent! I now know all of their names and they continue to treat me as family. I will stay in a Nissan for the rest of my life! The past 9 years dealing with Lake Charles Nissan has been great, can't wait to get into one of the new Armada's!
I'm not writing this for the dealership as a whole. This is for the body shop. I give them 5 stars because they did excellent work on my car. It came back clean and looking new. As for sales and whatnot, I didn't have the best experience when I checked out vehicles. It was just probably the salesman, but that's just my opinion.
