I'm sorry to say, but car dealers and proctologists are my two least favorite people to visit. But my experience with Kia Lake Charles was outstanding. If you go into a dealership with your research already done, you will have a much better experience. There were no problems - not with the salesman, sales manager or finance manager. It was a smooth deal. This is NOT the same "Kia of Lake Charles" from years past. I would go again.

See Steven when you visit. He asks your needs, then gets exactly what you ask for. The other salesman immediately tried to upsale me, Steven listens to your individual needs and works with that. He doesn't try to talk you into a car you can't afford. He is very kind, professional, personable, affable, and caring. Steven is NOT the stereotypical car salesman. He's the guy you want to be friends with. We couldn't be happier with our sales experience and would recommend Steven to everybody looking for a new or used car, whether it's a $6,000 used car or a $18,000 brand new car. The whole experience was really wonderful, professional, and actually enjoyable, if you use Steven as your salesman.
