The 2017 Highlander Limited has much more than I will ever need in a vehicle! I am impressed by the safety package! I love the total look of this vehicle. I chose the dark gray with light gray interior. I love the back up screen, entertainment system, sunroof, and everything about it....even all the things I don't know about it yet!! Beautiful vehicle!!! My entire experience with Lake Charles Toyota was excellent!! I was so excited to get the 0% interest for 60 months. I felt like Corey and the finance staff did a great job in getting me a fair trade-in value for my 2008 Expedition and in the purchase of my new Highlander Limited! I felt no pressure from them at all!
I've been bringing all of my Toyota vehicles here for service since 2003. When I bring my 4runner in it's to get the oil and filter changed along with the maintenance inspection and tire rotation.
It really makes me wonder if my oil & filter and tire rotation are actually being done!
Anyone that has service done here I strongly advise you to check over your fluids etc and make sure you're not being cheated as I have been done!
I've recently noticed my windshield washer fluid was bone dry! So I decided to check the rest of my fluids! My coolant extremely low right along with my power steering fluid! I checked my service receipt and it said all levels were OK and that my windshield washer fluid was "filled"! WRONG it wasn't!
Lake Charles Toyota has a very laid-back atmosphere. I really appreciate that about this place. With that said, though, it is sometimes a little too laid-back. I had to make two trips into their building before a dealer would talk to me about selling me a vehicle. Their service department is better than most of the service departments in the Lake Charles area.
I moved here in June with no car due to a very old car that wouldn't have made the trip from SC to LA. I was helped immediately by the salesman (George) and within a few hours I was in the car I wanted. My mom had helped me move and could not stop talking about how nice and friendly everyone was. I haven't had any issues with my car and I haven't had to visit the service department yet, but I trust that it will be a good experience as well. I cannot say enough good things about Lake Charles Toyota and I appreciate all they did to get me into a safe, cost-effective vehicle!
