Great sales Dept, great price, finance Dept had one good reputable man, Marsh, and one who was either a shyster or didn't know his product...service dept. SUX! Lack of communication. It took getting the sales managers to get them on track and then it was negligible. Expensive parts dept, seemed to not care wheather I was helped or not! Glad my home dealer has such a good service dept. If they had Marks sales Dept with their service dept it would be awesome!
I didn't mind waiting to get my husband's truck oil changed and I really didn't have to wait long. I was greeted very Nicely and they did exactly of what my husband wanted. I didn't really want to go back home in TX to get the oil changed too much of a drive. Thank you for the Great Service.
Good selection, less the average service department. Hard to make deals here. I have always tried buying here. But most times I have to go out of town to get a deal. Very hard to work with. They seem to like to play the all day game.

I needed a vehicle after moving back to Louisiana from Hawaii. I was not expecting to get one as quickly as I did. (Dewey)To add to my frustration with this Dealers Ship, after 2 weeks the vehicle I purchased needs a transmission service and I get stuck with the bill of 2 hundred dollar bill to have it serviced and haven't even made my first payment yet. What's up with that. I can't and won't send any business their way.
