HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! all these people care about is getting you a car!!! My fault for buying my first car from them I thought I was getting a good deal little did I know i wasn't....the car didnt even have a price on it they sold me a $12000 car for $16000!!! Two years later the car is worth $4500!!!!! And I still owe $17000!! Doesnt sound right to me either i admit I was stupid for buying from them but lesson learned!!! DON'T BUY FROM AUTO PLEX!!!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME im stuck for 7 years paying for a car thats only worth 4k if i could give a half star i would
Auto plex 2000 is a wastse of time go some place else tbe staff is a bunch of liars they rip customers out of their money....the sales guy over there lied and told me I had a 7 day grace period just to get me to sign a contract I asked about it afterwards and he says to his manager he never said anything like that...I had a withness and all.....DO NOT GO THERE.....THEIR A BUNCH OF LIARS AND LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY
If it's possible for you to car shop anywhere else I highly recommend doing that.
I advise anyone not to go to Autoplex in Moss Bluff! Biggest mistake I've made! Should've waited like my boyfriend told me but was eager and excited to get the car I wanted. It was dirty when I picked it up so when it was washed, there were all kinds of scratches all over it. Then did my paper work and they charged me twice as much for the car and third all type of small things starting to tear up but I'm stuck! Worst mistake ever! They took advantage of a hard working single mother!
The vehicles are over priced. They take advantage of people. They will tell you anything they think you wanna hear. Lies!
