Long wait in their financing department. We started our buying experience one morning, drove home the car that evening, went back the next day and they still didn't even have numbers ready for us to review. While working out a deal on a new car for myself, my husband was able to go next door to the Ford Dealership and get his truck appraised, test drive new vehicles, and buy a new truck.. all within a few hours. It literally took two days to finalize everything at Billy Navarre. Great salesmen and friendly staff, just pack a lunch and be prepared to wait.
Had a 10am appointment for a safety recall from Hyundai, Mr Ferrell was my appointed service writer, he asked if I could leave the car all day, after I told him I was stuck there and being on oxygen, he got me in and out in about an hour. ...WHAT? you just don't see this at a dealership! Well, I did at Billy Navarre. Excellent Customer Service from the time I arrived, to the time I left.
