They close on Saturday and Sunday without the option for after hours pickups. Neglect to inform you of this when you drop your truck off.
Service manager charge so much money and the mechanic install wrong clamp on exhaust pipe which cause scr box burnt out now they are not taking responsibility for wrong repair or either part because scr box burnt due to exhaust pipe loosen clamp so we are scrood due to un experience mechanic working and service manager want money under the table to approved that repairs other freight liner told us all the caused due to loosen clamp but no one listen here it will approve if i pay some amount to the employee here so they will replace part under warranty OMG please dont go sounds like some kind of mafia working here please if someone honest person working here contact me I have all proof to show what they done wrong if anyway have less then star rating i will go for it they dont deserve any star at all
Truck towed in by hook to this dealership for repair. Must have been a car dealership before and now they are fixing big rigs. Advise don't bother going here for truck repairs. Rude customer service. No commitment to customer service. We towed our truck to Beaumont dealership and the effort was worth it. Maybe that is why their parking lot is empty at Martin Automotive. Highly NOT RECOMMEND.
So is clean, staff is ok, but their turn around time is slow, at least for motor homes
