Half an hour wait for a table and then an hour wait for food is ridiculous. Luckily, the food was at least decent. Our waitress was great in the beginning but then disappeared after delivering drinks (took 15-20 min) and we had to refill our own water glasses. She forgot to put in one of our orders as well so had to wait another 20 min for a burger. I don't really understand why it took so long. Perhaps they are understaffed or busier than they were expecting. Probably won't be back. Be prepared for a long wait and mediocre service.

We go there because of your root beer floats ...and swear that we will never eat the food there! Not that it's bad , but the service is really bad . We always wait for almost 30 min. For simple meals like fries and wings ???? And we notice that there are hardly any customers there . So why does it take so long? And the kids you have working there are exactly that , KIDS! Nice place but I am afraid I will have to call in to order just the root beer float next time .
Waited 20 minutes just to order and another 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Our waitress spent more time flirting with a table of men and never brought us our drinks. Well I guess our money was not that important but I hope our review will give a heads up to future victims. Great casino !
Never been into a restaurant in a casino that had such bad service. Never been anywhere for that matter with such bad service.
Service sucks over an hour wait for FOOD. Than the food was horrible ribs were way over cooked, brisket burger was nothing fat, cold chicken sandwich with no sauce. We have had better bbq in Thailand!
