About every year my family and I go back to this location hoping that we'll get better service, but unfortunately it never happens. Today was no exception.
From the moment we walked in, the hostess seemed to be preoccupied with other issues. We got there after the Sunday lunch crowd, so it was extremely busy.
The first server we had smelled horrendous of smoke. We spoke to the manager and got a new server. She was much better thankfully.
Unlike employees at almost every other place that day, the employees here are actually cheerful and seem happy to see you.
Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. From the time we ordered, to the time we ate, was 45 mins, for 3 of us. We didn't order any appetizers and my wife still had to wait an extra 5 minutes after we received our meal.
Burgers and quesadilla we're very good though.
We asked for guacamole for our appetizer, but it never came. They were out of pickles and both kinds of soup. The fries seemed like a week old or so. Stale and very dry as well as terribly cold.
On a positive note, the food is always delicious. This is why I keep coming back hoping that the service will be better. Until then, I guess it will be another year or two before we go back.
I will not be going back, and don't recommend others do as well. Very disappointed.

Great service food was fresh and tasted great and didnt take long. Loved it!!!!
Having heard good about other Chili's we decided to go to this one on the way back home. BIG mistake.

The chicken quesadilla was wonderful. While the wait may have felt grueling, it shows in freshness of the food. The only possible things I could find to improve upon, is the manager seemed allergic to smiling, and the waiting space to pick up orders seemed rather small.... but then again, you can sit out in your car to wait, anyhow! :)
