The food was AMAZING!! I have been craving it since I finished my sandwich! Love that it was made in front of me, so it was fresh and hot. The employees were fast, accurate and very nice. I can't wait to go back!! Just wish i could afford it now!! Lol

Solid hot subs, the food here is good as far as mall food goes. Be warned however, the process here is less than stellar. After ordering a meal and by the time my sub was done, my cheese fries were ice cold. Terrible process.
Everyone seems to be complaining about the employees. Loud, yes, but very friendly and were just calling out to people and greeting others as they walked by. Seems to just be enjoying their job.

Price wise, paid $30 for 2 fully loaded large combos that I couldn't even finish. They pack them suckers! So the price I would say is fair.
The service was great! The employees were so friendly and fast..my food was literally out in 3 minutes!! It was my first time eating at Charley’s and I will definitely be back soon! I am impressed.
