I usually don't do reviews BUT this Hardees location really sucks bad. This is the 3rd and last time that my family will eat THERE. FOOD USUALLY ON THE COLD SIDE, service is friendly but very very slow. Got a Burger this time, cold and made incorrectly, fries were terrible. Ended up giving 80% of burger to my dogs and yet they wouldn't even eat the fries. NOW THATS PRETTY BAD. You want a good burger and fries, go to BIG DADDYS SPORTS BAR AND GRILL...on Sale St.
The food is good but the staff is even better. They're very attentive, something not normally seen at a fast food restaurant. Great job on staff training.
Best milkshakes! Food tastes great, always friendly service, and can't remember a time our order was incorrect.
Hilton, julie, and Kenda, and Toliyne are the friendliest staff i have ever interacted with going to eat at any food establishment. The service and food were fantastic. I would have given 10 stars ***** if it was possible!
Awful. First off, I hadn’t eaten all day because we planned on eating at Darrel’s, but they were closed. So we got food here. Worst decision of our lives. Had to wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru, which wasn’t really an issue because you could tell the fries had just been made. I got the $5 meal #1 which is a double cheeseburger and a hot dog. We watched them pour our drinks from a 2 liter bottle, first off. That can’t be very sanitary. They gave me a hot dog that looked and tasted like it had been mummified. Why even keep that around!? And how are you going to give someone a hot dog but no condiments? Didn’t realize I had to request mustard and ketchup for a hot dog. I thought that was just a given. Then I got to the burger. It was awful! Dried out and just bland. Why do people go here? Why is this place still on business?
