Everything is the best at this place. Drinks or huge and have enough liquor in them. Food has lots of flavor in his off the charts.
Went to get a chicken taco salad and cheese dip after waiting 30 minutes to get it the cheese dip was literally in a condiment sized container. Order a large cheese dip waited 15 minutes and after paying $8.00 the hostess brings out a bigger container that only filled up a quarter of the way. Not to mention the quality of the chicken in the salad is super cheap and shredded. To top it all off the hostess was short and rude on the phone when originally placing my pick up order. Restaurant smells strongly of mildew when you walk in definitely my last time at this place.
Chips are excellent but the salsa is not far off tomato paste with a spice. Slightly over priced. Draft selection is laughable with no local options. Atmosphere is excellent. Service was acceptable. Our main course was good and by that time I was pleasently surprised in the upturn. Overall this place is satisfactory at best.
We stopped by, and we're glad we did. Food and service was great. Definitely go when you get a chance.
After being seated chips and salsa were delivered. Then it was some time before the server at the adjacent table inquired if we had been attended to, which we had not and the wait seemed lengthy before he came by. At that point we were ready to order our beverages and food. Upon our seating, there seemed to be ample staff present, but it must have been the shift leaving and the shift arriving. Possibly we were seated at the shift change, and for the majority of our meal, anyone bringing something to us was a different individual. It wasn't until we were finished, waiting a little while, before we were offered our check that the same person came by twice. Glad I had cash to be able to pay, I'd hate to think how much longer it would take to wait for a card to be processed. The food was adequate for what it was, decently prepared. The salsa for the chips was nice and spicy (hot); the food we ordered wasn't, but my son noticed an area acessible for waitstaff with all sorts of hot sauces, but there wasn't anyone around to offer it's availability nor by which to request. The service we experienced was disjointed. There is possibly the need for training and to my observations some involvement by management to make sure details are given attention. If the service we experienced is the norm, I don't think they'll last long; I'm sure they'll hear about it shortly...
