Nice clean rooms. Spacious and cozy. Nice staff. Only negative was the breakfast was exactly the same every day.
Drinks were well-made but the price could be better. Hotel staff seemed on coin and friendly. All around decent time.
Great new location! Nola at the front desk was friendly and helpful! Stacey was a super problem solver with excellent custone service, using great teamwork with Amy and Jermaine to help us into our room. Beth, your breakfast was a great way to start the day!!
Stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Lake Charles and it was a great experience. Alyssa Malveau was great. She made sure that we had the best experience. She gave us the best customer service ever. Couldn't have been more impressed. I stayed here for a work trip and this hotel is very nice, new, and clean. The bed is super comfortable and the room and shower spacious! But the best part is the service. The staff is over the top nice and accommodating! Every employee we met was beyond friendly! Highly recommend staying here, you will be well taken care of. Oh, and the breakfast was tasty!
