If your not down 10min before 9am your not getting breakfast. From one BW employee to another , customers should be taken care of at breakfast time, the word No, shouldn't be in the vocabulary of a Bestwestner employee. Everything else was fine. The kitchen employee needs improvement on interacting with guests. 10min before 9am was unexpectable
Great complementary breakfast that includes eggs, sausage and bacon along with all the standard fair. Indoor pool and a good sized workout room. The room was spacious a d the shower was awesome. Hug stand alone shower with big sliding glass door. Only complaint I had was that the key cards kept resetting each day and we would have to stop by the front desk to get them reprogrammed. Loved our stay anyway.
Ena the receptionist was GREAT!!!! When we arrived she was so nice and attentive to all our needs. Went above and beyond by calling her supervisor and confirm about the shuttle service with being New year's Eve all because we were wondering if they were since we had been told they would be available. Our room door wasn't locking and she immediately moved us to another room. When we left to eat she was there waving us bye and telling us to be safe. She made us feel right at home! There was a leak in the restroom the next morning and she was on top of things! I highly recommend this hotel!
Absolutely loved our room. Very chic. Great breakfast with friendly employees. Will be back.
Clean, affordable, new facility and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was great and it is clear that the employees love working here and take pride in taking care of their guests.
