My 1st impression was not good the prices from booking. Com and check out time was totally different from the price and checkout the front desk told me. I mentioned it and the "manager" Explained that it may be different I told her it's fine it looks like y'all got enough problems dealing with other customers I heard a conversation they were having about a previous guest she said we don't have a problem with an attitude that there was Unprofessional the room stink and had loud people outside my door all night
Overall it was a decent experience. We had stayed here 2 years ago when we came in town for the dog show at the civic center. Staff was still just as friendly and accommodating this time around even though we did not get our requested first floor room. Biggest complaints were the noise and having people standing outside of our room smoking, drinking, etc. Price is good and there is a nice area to potty dogs if you are traveling with dogs. Due to the noise and parking, we will have to think hard about staying here again but it is not out of the question.
We showed up early and was allowed an early check in. Which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were very clean and staff was beyond friendly. I enjoyed may and will continue to stay at the motel 6 on my trips to Lake Charles. Thank you for a wonderful nights stay. The motel was quite and well lit parking lot.
Average motel. Rooms clean, staff very nice and helpful but the motel is older so a couple of things were not working such as the exhaust fan in bathroom, the bathroom was not handicap like they told us. Only grab bars in the shower-tub do not make them handicap and we were told we had a handicap bathroom. Makes it very hard to bath someone that can't step up into the tub. The elevator was extremely slow and small, no ashtrays by the elevator so people were throwing their butts on the floor.
Affordable and simple but clean. The room was comfortable and pretty clean, housekeeping is right on time and very nice ppl. Other than that the elevator was kinda of smelly everything else was nice, the pool was clean and you get a nice view to relax to... pretty tight parking at night since there is a lot of ppl staying here. The morning clerk is way nicer and more helpful than the evening clerk. There's a vending machine for snacks and cokes and close to some fast food restaurant and the highway.
