I just had a worker (Jade) at the Lake Charles location tell me that if she cuts a dogs nails too short and makes them bleed, it doesn’t hurt them. “they don’t even feel it and we have stuff to stop the bleeding”.
Nice associates, the groomers did a good job on my yorkies also.

I love pet smart. Be careful when though when you buy fish or aquarium plants because some may lave snails that are going to over take you aquarium tank. I mean snails are supposed to be able to keep your tank clean but they reproduce at a rapid rate... Yeah I think I now have more snails in my tank than fish... Hahaha. Oh well, we'd think we'd have a really clean tank but on the contrary, it doesn't stay as clean as I think it should be. But maybe I need to take a more proactive role in cleaning the fish / snail tank.
Most of the people there thar i met are really nice and do there best they can do to help u and make sure u are satisfied
