I will never go here for service again. They told me they would fix my bike because it's under warranty and I even showed them the tires and snorkel and they said they'd still get it fixed because of my warranty. 30 minutes later I get a call and he said who told you we'd fix it because these tires are too big. But yet he even told 27 inch tires are within warranty guidelines. The he told me no one at the shop told me they would fix it and didn't know what I was talking about. Funny thing is he was the very guy they said it'd be fixed. I'm going back to Mississippi where I got my bike. They fix it no questions asked.

The worst experience I have ever had with service they have quoted me one price befor over the phone to mount and balance my tires when I got to the dealership it was the second price and whenever I was done with the service it was a third price I strongly recommend not coming here everybody's better off taking a ride to Beaumont or any other place the service is horrible
