The Roads are really bad. Plus alot of stealing from Residents that leave Lawn mowers outside not chained up. Stolen in broad daylight.

Basically, keep your head down, pay on time, give them no problem, and 90% of the time, they wont bother you in any way, or pester you like some overbearing HOA. I joke, but its not bad living here. But there is alot of room for improvement. Like the roads. If they fixed the roads, everything else would be forgivable. They give you this "Drainage" excuse, but they are quick to keep the road INTO the park maintained...eff the rest of us.
