We (my fiance and I) have been here for a few months and haven't had any problems. We are minutes from just about everything and the staff is very polite. Kayley, at the front desk, will help you out with anything and everything You need. She's very kind and pleasant to talk to. The laundry facility next door is always clean and the attendant is also very polite. It's a tad bit pricey but, all in all, I would definitely recommend this place to others. It's gated and safe, very quiet and well kept. If we ever need to come back to Louisiana, this is the only place we will stay.
Owner or managers have different set of rules for each trailer. Almost feels like favouritism.
I live around the area and use the laundromat. The machines are new and work very well. The parking is horrible and extremely limited in consideration to how many machines they have. It seems like someone is always parking where you can't get into the actual parking spaces. The attendant is talkative even if you don't want to talk. If you have clothes in the dryer past 7:30 he will remind you repeatedly that they close at 8. He has been very rude since that night even when I left with wet clothes and 10 minutes left. I find it very difficult to continue give my money to a place only for their employee to treat me so rudely. I can't wait for the washer and dryer at my apartment complex to be fixed so I won't have to deal with him again.
Nice place but a little pricey for what is offered. I would recommend living here though, its quiet and peaceful and you can go fishing anytime!
I use the laundry facilities and if you want a clean place to use this is the place. Very clean new washer and dryers, reasonable price and the attendant, Slim is very nice, also gives good conversation...
