First time I've been there. Brought my 9yr old in with a broken arm. Dr. Ford was great, his staff was very pleasant. We were there less than an hour, got a cast and left. I'll definitely recommend him to everyone.
Dr Ford's staff has been very friendly and professional on both my visits but I can't say I feel the same about him. He made rude comments and wouldn't even look at me to speak to me. No bedside manner at all. I suppose he is better with children, but in my experience i was very uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave.
I just had a surgery with Dr Ford and as anyone was I was so nervous at first. He came in to see me and mark my site and he spoke with me and laughed and I was instantly ok. I just pulled the stitches from a wk and a half ago stitches out , on accident. I missed the step coming inside and I had to call him on a fri night. He was so very prompt in calling back and so sweet. I swear I won’t go anywhere else. Mrs.Becky his nurse is so wonderful, they care about their patients and the office staff is amazing as well. Love them all!
Dr Ford and his staff are great! They care about their patients and return calls in a very great timely manner. I won't go anywhere else! He's done several surgeries on me and I feel safe and content in his care.
