I moved back from Texas for a little while. I had to make my son an appointment because of his seizures. He needed medicine so he seen an Asian Dr. She was cool but when I tried to get him another appointment for his eczema they couldn't find his medical records! I'm so shocked and we will never come back here. Never happened before. I try to give good reviews but to loose his record though wow. Smh...

Easy accessibility
If I could I would give it no stars. With the dentist area I have been calling to set an appointment and no one ever answers,no matter what time of the day it is. In the obg department I literally sat there for over an hour and watch others whose appointments were scheduled later than mines go before me. When I finally was seen they told me I'd have to reschedule to get everything done. Why should I when I was there way before the time I'm suppose to be seen, and that appointment took months for me to get set bc they're hard to reach. I don't like swla and I surely will not be going back especially when ik there's important things that need to be done.
I would suggest either bring a book and read.or take the time to look at people and smile.
Appreciate having a place to be seen and afforable.
I wish I can give 0 stars. I’ve been sitting here for 6 hours. This is my first time here and I will not be coming back. Worst dental office I have EVER been to!
