the prices reveal the quality of the product. Much of the furniture is the poor quality processes wood that swells when wet. The dresser walks get weak and the drawers collapse... begore they invite and fall apart. Great started furniture for your first house...i guess. The pricey items are of a better quality for the choices are limited.
I just didn't like the after the sale fleecing .. do you want to add insurance? .. do you want accessories? ... do you want an extended warranty ...we have this deal if you buy another chair we'll give you a table... I realize this is the norm in today's world but I just don't like to say no seven times after I get my checkbook out.
We bought a recliner. We special ordered the recliner and it came in quickly. The sales lady was great. We got exactly what we wanted, and she wasn't pushy. She actually listened to us and let us roam the store. We even borrowed a tape measure from her to get some size measurements.

Worst customer service. We bought our couchs in march and in September one cushion on the couch ripped and then one of the recliner cushion ripped. We have been back and forth with this company since September to have two cushions replaced as a guarantee under their one year service agreement. We call to get answers and the service guy is always busy or not at his desk. Im honestly thinking they are trying to ignore certain people when they call. We've talked to the owner, who by the way didn't seem like he cared at all. Yes they were friendly and great to work with you go and buy from them. But if you need service done, they act like they don't care or want to help you.
