Mike was GREAT from the original phone call when I was asking if the lift chair was available and he told me he would check the warehouse and call me back. He did in fact call me back in less than 15 minutes letting me know it was in fact available. I told him I would be in to pay for it and have it delivered, in the meantime I found a friend to meet me there and pick it up for me.
We have made purchases from Ashley in the past. The positive experience led us to use Ashley for our most recent purchase. The sales person was very helpful and was true to promises made regarding delivery. We are happy with the purchase we made. We would definitely recommend Ashley furniture to others.
Mike was very professional, demonstrated the chair for me using the floor model, he was very knowledgeable and informative.
My son and I went to Ashley to look for a recliner. We were greeted immediately and shown what they had available. We wanted to look around so the woman that helped us left to talk with another customer. While we were looking, a man came and talked to us. He was very friendly and helpful. We decided on a recliner and paid for it. Everyone was pleasant. Next time I need something, I will definitely go back to Ashley Home Store!
Fast and got what we were looking for. Needed to replace a lift chair for my mom. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Sales person was very friendly and helpful.

The best Ashley store I have visited. I found a sectional in the Beaumont store that I really liked but I was not liking the price. Looked online to see it MUCH cheaper and callled the LC store (since I work nearby) to see if they could match online. Mike was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Not only did they match the price, the price was already marked lower than online. I showed Mike the picture of the price tag from the Beaumont store and he was shocked. Delivery charges would have been the same, so I ended up saving $500 doing business in Lake Charles. Will be visiting again next time I need something.
