Do not buy from here! Dropped $1400 for washer and dryer. Washer was delivered promptly. The dryer was damaged when they attempted to reverse the door hinges. Sure they took my money, but they have been nonresponsive in delivering a replacement dryer! I had go to the store and speak with the manager Reece. Haven't heard a word.. crickets! How do these people go home everyday after work and feel like they accomplished a good deed? Millinials...unbelievable!
THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I WAS TOLD ONE THING AND NOTHING MATCHED UP WITH WHAT I ENDED UP WITH! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!
DO NOT BUY HERE. I was supposed to have two years no interest. I kept asking the sales girl why the numbers on the contract looked off. She told me to "ignore those numbers" and that's what I'd pay "if I didn't have the no interest". She used the word "ignore" multiple times. Cut to 6 months later... I realized I owe the same amount and have been paying 25% interest. The store said their hands were tied. The sales girl even admitted she told us we had no interest! Corporate basically said they didn't care that I was misled because blah blah blah "You signed it". I had to pay off my furniture and take the loss on the hundreds of dollars they stole from me. I'm just lucky I had access to the money. My heart breaks thinking about blue collar workers who have to choke on their mistakes. The funny thing is we only noticed the issue when we went back in to purchase a washer and dryer. This was really bad guys. I cried... in the store.
I had some of the best service all around. To me it was quick and not many questions. I wasn't pushed into anything. Delivery guys were quick and on time.
