Warning they make you pay a deposit of $75.00 before you first appointment just incase you do not show up. When you do show up they tell your your deposit will be mailed back to you. I should not have to wait for my money! I gave them cash upfront they should give my money back imediately! Now I have no money for gas or food... Happy Thanksgiving. They dont like to return phone calls bet its because my Son is on Medicaid. I paid the $75.00 deposit for his Dr. Appt and they will bill Medicaid for the visit.
After calling in and cancelling an appt because of driving rain and hub had a stroke and cannot handle driving in rain, they refused to take me in , will not communicate with my doctor and charged me 75....I am 65and hub is 73...this is not caring, this is horrible..I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy..medicare patients beware...they will toss you out on your ear....
Dr. Hayes is such an amazing Dr in that he explains everything to you in layman's terms making sure you completely understand why he made this determination and why he wants a certain medication, if needed. The man is definitely a genius and I have spoken with many of his Student Drs and they all proclaim the same. They speak so highly of him and claim he is the best teacher they've ever had their educational career. I feel the same way as a patient. He also had the greatest staff working for him. Friendly, courteous, professional, but yet they make feel right at home which is very nice because you're always nervous going into a DR's office. I send out praise to Dr Hayes and his wonderful staff and highly recommend him.
1 star is too much for this facility. The Doctors do NOT return calls and the staff could care less about the patients. My pets get better care than they give.
I have been to many facility's and i'm very satisfied with the facility. I have had Miss Linda at other facility's and shes great . If you are in search of help for you mental condition give them a shot. They accept more insurance than most. The facility has very good wait times and you are in most cases seen promptly . Also EMW has a wait room thats not overcrowded like others.The transition from my last facility was also very easy and stress free . Which in my case is very easing .Thank you EMW!!
