I've been shopping this store since they first opened and it's been hot in the store from day one I've complained and I've heard other customers complain and nothing has been done I know they have lost sales due to it being so hot and the dressing rooms are even hotter if I have to try something on I will not buy it because I refuse to enter the dressing room on most days there has been a few occasions when they were bearable but that is far and in between The associates are always helpful with a smile and willing to answer any questions you may have but the floor manager could take a clue from them and turn that frown upside down and she would see that it would make the day more enjoyable for herself and everyone else she encounters be more friendly and approachable and that would make the store shopping experience much more pleasant and enticing to come back and spend more money here.
The only problem I had was when I was searching for a suit I couldn't find anyone to help me. Other than that the checkout experience went well.
