Moved to Lake Charles from Houston and picked this vet on a whim. Best experience ever! Everyone that works here is so friendly and just amazing! Vet visits and boating both my dogs has been amazing! They even sent me pics of my dogs when I was on vacation. I would definitely recommend them!
Dr. Farr & Dr. Chang are incredible vetenarians and they take very good care of the animals. The staff is very kind, courteous, and helpful. I've been bringing my animals to Prien Lake Animal Hospital for over 30 years and would highly recommend them to anyone to care for your furry family members!

Ms. Mary is the sweetest receptionist love her and Dr.Chang tht man is the SWEETEST guy I Know and he’s Very Very caring and knowledgeable and he also goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet is Happy and doing well! My pets been going there for many many years BEST PLACE IN TOWN!
Been using Prien Lake Animal Hospital for several years now. Happy with the care that my dog has received. Cooper always has a good experience when we go - from check ups and vaccinations, to ear infections, and even complete teeth cleaning. Staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Farr and Dr. Chang are clearly caring and patient.
I have been using the services of Dr. Farr since 1993. We brought our pug in. Dr Farr said, I don't know much about pugs, but I promise to learn everything I can. He did. We are now on our 8tg pug and we have adopted an abandoned terrier. This clinic is amazing, they take care of our animals and they put us, the pet parents at ease.
