They were really helpful, one girl that worked there took the time to go check in the back if there was more of a shoe I wanted that was on clearance & luckily she found one & in my size! They usually say "if it's not out on the floor then we don't have any but they were really helpful at this store! They're always really friendly and usually have alot of clearance items in stock in the back I love coming here.
I recently shopped for my son's first pair of shoes. I'm a new mom and had no idea what size he was. I was juggling him while also picking out a pair and then trying to shove them on his feet. Putting shoes on a baby is not a pleasant nor easy experience. A wonderful young man came over and asked if I needed help. Not only did he offer assistance in sizing my son's little foot, he proceeded to get a pair of shoes and put them on while I held my son in my lap. I was surprised at this level of service. He was kind and patient and quite knowledgeable about his job. We talked about kids and his brothers. I bought a pair of shoes and walked out of there with a big smile on my face and my heart. Thank you to Shoe Carnival and it's wonderful employees for helping this mom out on a tired weekday evening!!
