Jade and the crew at this store are awesome. I needed to replace a gray coat for a suit separate that had been discontinued. Within minutes, Jade found the exact shade of gray needed and measured me for alterations. On a whim, I asked if they had the same colored coat in a double vented slim fit, like the one I was replacing. She suggested I try the Men's Warehouse around the corner while she looked. At MW, a young man guaranteed me that he couldn't find the right shade of gray before even making an effort to do so (and probably in hopes of avoiding having to try). He flippantly suggested that I just purchase a black sports coat instead. Dissatisfied (and frankly a little pissed), I went back to Jos. A. Bank, where Jade managed to find the exact coat I was looking for (again, it had been DISCONTINUED), in the right size, on clearance at a store in Kentucky. She had the coat shipped, altered, and then sent to my home address in west LA. I would recommend this store to anyone and will definitely be a customer again myself.
