I wish I could give half start... the park is 4,8... Great place for your kiddos. Park structures are great and very nice decorated. Have tables, benches, around the area. My kids enjoyed the splash pad. I'm not giving 5*, because restrooms wasn't clean, men restroom was nasty. I understand that is also part of the people that is using the park, but my son couldn't change after play in the water because he couldn't breath inside.
I love taking my kids here. There are lots of stuff to climb on for most ages. There usually is alot of kids there on weekends but it's still fun.
The Christmas lights are beautiful. Walking around the Park & Civics Center is a great way to spend time & take pictures with the family.
We visited the park for the Christmas time events. There were food vendors, live music, Christmas lights and decorations as well as a live action story/play on the birth and first few years of the life of Christ. The park was well manicured and clean. Sidewalks were smooth and large enough for foot traffic and strollers to pass going both directions. Lots of shade trees and would be a great place for outdoor exercise: yoga, biking, jogging, walking etc.
This place is awesome!!! It has a tot lot for the little babies, and a very large playground for the older kids. There was an ice cream place right outside the gate. It was completely fenced in which is nice and right by the water. It also has a splash pad.
