We were there for an hour and a half and 90% of our time was spent waiting for food to get ON THE BUFFET! There were about 9 other tables waiting on food to get on the buffet too when we sat down (didn't know that until we were seated already with drinks and started listening to what everyone was saying around us). By the time food got to the buffet, it was swarmed by the hungry waiting tables and we had to wait for 3 ROUNDS of food being on the buffet and then being gone. So in the time we waited, we are salads. The salads were soggy and bitter. The waitresses and waiters were nice, but it didn't make up for everything else. And to add to the distress, I messages the corporate office and got NOTHING back. It's been several days. My family will not be going back or ordering from any pizza hut ever again.
Went in on a Monday at 2:30PM. We were the only people in there. Ordered breadsticks and received cheese sticks. Ordered 2 half pepperoni half cheese pizzas and received 2 pepperoni lovers pizzas. Only plus was the waiter who told us about a deal which got us 2 pizzas for $1 more than the cost of 1.

Seems like new crust recipe. Pizza was great. Service was good, ordered pickup for 8:30 and it came out of the oven at 8:29.
She said to sit anywhere and someone would be with us. When we walked to sit down, we noticed the filth on the carpet everywhere! It was disgusting. We left. I love Pizza Hut but this one was just gross and horrible service! We went to Rotolos
Where do I began?? We walked in and stood there for 5 minutes while watching the workers make pizza and I'm guessing it was the manager in the back walking around out of uniform and on her cell phone. I went ahead and asked the girl who was making pizza where we should sit as the sign says "please wait to be seated."
