I went here with my veteran spouse. The food was okay, but last time I went, the hospitality was horrid. I was grilled(no pun intended) by a manager for taking pictures of food.
My family's favorite buffet pizza place. My wife loves their spaghetti and, of course, my kids love the game room. The staff always welcomes you with a smile and are always quick to get something for you. I just wish they would have the Hawaiian Pizza as a regular on the buffet.
Great family pizza place. The arcade is ran down and busted. If they fixed it up I would give them 5 stars

Other visits here also indicate half of employees here lack in basic manners, including smiling at customers or saying excuse me while walking in front of you.

I try to give extra opportunities to straighten a problem when a business does any form of charity (such as Vet Meals or donations to good causes), so I emailed Gatti's to try to resolve the issues with the manager's aggressive behavior; over a week later, received no response.
