I got the run a round from all of them. I recommend a real Jewelery store that
will back up their product. Now I have to go elsewhere to have my ring tested.

I love Kay and would usually highly recommend them but this one in Lake Charles, LA has just about turned me away from liking them. I got some very very rude feedback just by asking a question about a miss understanding. The few times i have went in store the employees were not of good assistance and were continually showing unfriendly attitudes.
