Had an emergency repair and I went in to the store, I explained my situation. Mitchell's told me they could squeeze me in, they were very understanding and helpful. I even offered to pay extra as I could see they were busy. Mitchell's wouldn't let me pay extra. They had my jewelry ready quickly and the repair was undetectable, in short they did a fantastic job service and craftsmanship are excellent here.
