Best gym in the Lake Area. I've never been a fitness guru, so I was a bit intimidated when I first started working out there. Surprisingly, I fit right in! Every trainer is eager to help! The facility is perfect for any type of work out regimen and if you need help, someone is always there! I am so happy I chose project fit. i absolutely love it!
Wow! Allie and all the trainers are excellent! Very personalized training at an affordable cost! The classes offered are rigorous and provide you with a great workout, if you prefer classes. The gym is 24/7 now too!

Project fit is an exceptional gym in the Lake Charles area. They offer a wide range of different programs, and all the trainers are more than willing to help. The facility is clean and well kept. I particularly like the fact that the owner can often times be seen working out along side others and giving advice! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!
