I've been going here since the day it opened oh about 17 years I think. It's the place where all my gym bunnies go. It has classes, cardio machines, free weights, private trainers oh and free coffee. Lol!! A place where you make lots of friends as well. I say I'm a permanent fixture here. I've seen old friends come and go. God rest their souls but most of all this place gets me motivated in the morning. It's my daily routine and I will probably come here until I'm old and I can't go no more. (Kim Vaughan)

Love Love Christus La. Athletic Club! Like a second family. Everyone is so nice and sincerely concerned about your health. The trainers take pride in helping you set goals and finding the "way" that fits you to help you meet those goals. Never pressuring but always reassuring!!
There is a complete set of wieghts at this gym. This is where we pump iron.
This is THE BEST gym in Lake Charles area. There are plenty of free weights, I never have to wait to get on a machine or use the weights I need. The facility is pretty big with lots of space, never crowded. The group fitness classes are great with awesome instructors and also FREE childcare comes with membership.
