They did not bill me for my first appointment until I showed up 6 months later for my second appointment!!
General poor communication in this office-- and they don't even have a dental hygienist (only an assistant). I barely got my teeth cleaned, and did not have a good experience at all.
If at all possible, go elsewhere!

Dr. Prato is a wonderful dentist. I am very scared of needles, but she is the only dentist I have ever had that I do not even mind getting the shot. She is very sweet and very easy to talk to about your dental problems. She is very fair in her rates and seems to be very timely in her scheduling for appointments.
