I called to see if I could get a Pendant put on a different chain and was told over the phone sure bring it in. So I stopped in today and the sales person took the item back to the jeweler and I had a question about some additional items. The Jeweler basically came out nearly throwing the items back at me saying I don't work on internet jewelry...
