I believe that the owner is a good mechanic but he has NO BUSINESS running a business. They don't answer the phone, they don't return messages, they don't order parts like they agree.....basically they don't have a customer service focus. Save yourself the hassle!
Treat others as you expect to be treated, and you'll be a happy customer.
Do yourself a favor, find another mechanic. This place cuts corners and comes with a premium labor rate. I gave Chris simple directions and he did not follow them which ended up costing me time and money. He took it upon himself to not change out a part that I specifically asked him to change. My vehicle hasn't ran right since it left his shop and it cost me a lot of money.
