WORKMANSHIP: I don't mean to sound rude, myself, but it appears as the work of a blind man.
Sales just fine. Service and repair negative zero. Phone calls never returned, can'the get updates, have to beg for information. Will never deal with or buy from Luke's rv again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. They seem to forget about service after the sale. My camper has been there for a week, they new what was wrong and part was finally ordered today, if you can believe what they say. Not trustworthy.( My second time dealing with Luke's r/v for camper repairs was totally different and the type of service that I expected. The owner/manager and I talked for a long time and he listened too and understood my frustration and I also told him that I understand that repairs don't always happen immediately and all I wanted was an honest answer and updates. Service improved and I hope to receive the quality of service that I received on this visit).
Very attentive to detail really care about your car
The components damaged in the accident were said to be kept on the property by the owner. Further inquiry resulted in a "I have no idea" response.
*****CONSUMER BEWARE. MID TO HIGH CLASS VEHICLES SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.***** DURATION: Very, very long. I assumed this was due to intricate work as the vehicle was not of low class.
Addendum: Dismissal of the premises was requested by the owner upon inquiring about the current state of the vehicle post-repair. It did not resemble the body of the pre-collision state. We were told, contrary to pre-collision photos, stock showroom photos, and the state of a stock, undamaged vehicle of said model currently owned by other buyers, that it "came like that".
EDITORS NOTE: This incident was viewed as third party during the ongoing process, which is still continuing as the "finished product" is raising concern of unfinished repairs in the unseen body base of the vehicle. Relocation appears to be a high,and desired, possibility.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Non-existent. Communication was not delivered, on many occasions, as promised. Poor attitude. RUDE. Lazy.
Gaps in the body work. Panels and components that sealed nicely no longer seal with ease. Body work and components have noticeable gaps and juts that do not adhere to stock specifications. Internal mounting was visible through said gaps. The owner of the location -insisted- that these are the factory specifications, although a simple Google-images search of the year/model(or the naked human eye) shows otherwise. In the automotive body-working business this is unacceptable. The definition of 'complete' or 'finished' at this location is heavily misconstrued. If you have a Ford Ranger or Geo Metro this could be the place for you, however a car ranging $7,000USD or above(used) is not something you want to bring here. *****CONSUMER BEWARE*****
